Rice root-associated bacterial microbiome raw sequence reads

This project aims to analyze the microbiome associated with the root endosphere and bulk soil of rice (Hoshihikari). Using 16S rRNA sequencing, we investigated the diversity and composition of bacterial communities in different developmental stages and under organic and conventional paddy fields. These raw sequence reads will provide insights into plant-microbe interactions, with potential applications in agriculture and sustainable crop production.
