Amac Morphology R scripts

The following script executes the data analysis for the paper "Trait variation in patchy landscapes: morphology of spotted salamanders (Ambystoma maculatum) varies more within ponds than between ponds". Data were collected from photo images in 2016 by E. Green and D. Daversa. The data reports morphological traits of spotted salamanders collected in Eastern Missouri. Pond characteristics are also included in the data set.
