Evaluating the dynamics of microbial community structure over time and depth enables a better understanding of the controls that shape these communities. This study uses metagenomic shotgun sequencing of several samples taken at different months and depths, to obtain genomes from microorganisms not yet characterized and to evaluate the dynamics of theses organisms over time.
