nematode-induced intergenerational resistance in wild-type and dcl3a rice

Intergenerational aqcuired resistance (IAR) is a phenomenon where the progeny of stressed parents is more resistance against the same or different stress factors. Here, we present the transcriptome of rice roots in the progeny of parents infected with with Meloidogyne graminicola (IAR) or mock (naive). This progeny was in turn infected with Mg or mock and sampled at 18 hours post infection. This was done in the wild type Nipponbare and the dcl3a-3 knock-down line.
