16S rDNA Sequencing Data: Gut Microbiota in a Mouse Model of Intracerebral Hemorrhage

This dataset contains the high-throughput 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing data from fecal samples of C57BL/6 mice, generated as part of the study titled "The Obesity Paradox in Intracerebral Hemorrhage: Exploring Potential Protective Mechanisms Through Gut Microbiota Modulation."The primary aim of the parent study was to investigate the potential protective effects of obesity on intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) outcomes and to explore the role of gut microbiota modulation in these effects. C57BL/6 mice were used to establish an ICH model via collagenase injection, with groups including wild-type (WT), wild-type with ICH (WT-M), obese (OB), and obese with ICH (OB-M).
