The invention relates to a luffing circular saw for cutting material to be cut (13) with a frame (3) on which at least one stationary cutting tool (2) which can be driven in the cutting direction is attached， and with a pivot axis about a pivot axis running transversely to the cutting plane on a frame (3 ) attached rocker (4)， which is provided with a receiving channel (5) running transversely to the cutting direction for receiving cut material (13) and a stop (7) is arranged on the stop side (8) of the receiving channel (5)， the rocker (4)， the stop ( 7)， a compressed air compressor (9)， a hold-down tool (11)， a flap (12)， an air cylinder (14)， a roller valve (15) and a slide valve (16) are connected to one another via compressed air lines.
