The field of this study is a medical university and its affiliated hospitals. Using purposive sampling, clinical medical master's degree graduate students who are undergoing the "dual-track training model combining professional degree and resident standardization training" were selected as the research subjects. In terms of sample composition, factors such as gender, grade, specialization direction, and training base were comprehensively considered to enhance the heterogeneity of the data and the diverse presentation of experiences. Ultimately, 20 interviewees were included. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured in-depth interviews, with each interviewee being interviewed once, and each interview lasting approximately 90–120 minutes.
