[Dataset] Fostering Voice Behavior in Correctional Institutions: Investigating the Role of Organizational Support and Proactive Personality

This dataset is the result of a survey of 287 correctional health service officers in Indonesian correctional institutions. This dataset includes four research variables consisting of Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Proactive Personality (PP), Work Engagement (WE), and Employee Voice Behavior (EVB).
