本数据集源自于【爱尔眼科临床数据中心】2021年3月1日至2024年8月31日的病历数据，数据范围涵盖全国15个省份、110家医院，经专家专业诊疗标注以及严格脱敏脱密、清洗、融合与结构化处理后形成急性视网膜坏死（ARN）数据集，数据规模： 3042条。本数据集将为提升我国ARN诊疗水平提供强有力的数据支撑和技术保障，有力推动眼健康服务体系的高质量发展。第一，构建临床数据分析平台，对人口统计学特征、疾病相关既往史、病毒基因检测结果、治疗方案及预后情况等全维度指标进行系统分析，获取患病人群分布特征、视网膜脱离等并发症率、终末视力、病毒种类和拷贝数量等数据，赋能易感人群识别、并发症预警、用药指导、诊断窗口优化。第二，构建ARN临床知识图谱，依托AI技术实现智能病历筛选与多维度指标关联分析，深入解析疾病发病机制及预后规律；第三，构建智能决策支持平台，开发临床辅助决策系统，进一步赋能诊疗方案选择优化。
This dataset is derived from medical record data from the Aier Ophthalmology Clinical Data Center, covering the period from March 1, 2021 to August 31, 2024, and spanning 15 provinces across China and 110 hospitals. After undergoing professional medical annotation by experts, strict de-identification, data desensitization, cleaning, fusion and structured processing, it is formed into an Acute Retinal Necrosis (ARN) dataset with a total of 3042 records. This dataset will provide robust data support and technical guarantees for improving the diagnosis and treatment level of ARN in China, and effectively promote the high-quality development of the eye health service system. First, establish a clinical data analysis platform to systematically analyze multi-dimensional indicators including demographic characteristics, disease-related medical history, viral genetic test results, treatment regimens and prognosis, so as to obtain data such as the distribution characteristics of the affected population, complication rates (e.g., retinal detachment), final visual acuity, virus types and viral copy numbers, and enable susceptible population identification, complication early warning, medication guidance and optimization of the diagnosis window. Second, construct an ARN clinical knowledge graph, realize intelligent medical record screening and multi-dimensional indicator correlation analysis with the support of AI technology, and deeply analyze the pathogenesis and prognosis rules of the disease. Third, build an intelligent decision support platform and develop a clinical auxiliary decision system to further empower the optimization of diagnosis and treatment plan selection.
