Synthetic Mobile Signaling Dataset for Earthquake Impact Assessment

The dataset covers four indicators aggregated within both 5-character and 6-character precision GeoHash grids. This dataset consists of synthetic mobile signaling data generated with random noise. It is intended for demonstration purposes only and does not represent real-world observations. The data were created to support the testing and validation of earthquake impact assessment methods using mobile signaling indicators. Researchers can use this dataset to reproduce the results and run the code presented in the associated study. Please note that this dataset should not be used for operational or policy-related applications.
