Birth cohort of 73 families, with maternal and infant samples in the first 2 weeks of infant life.Maternal samples include vaginal and rectal swabs prior to delivery. Infant samples are daily stool samples at the hospital and an additional sample at 2 weeks of age.Metagenomic sequencing was performed on all samples .
