PID2020-113790RB-I00 data set: hydrogel viscoelastic properties from rheology tests
收藏资源简介:
This data set contains the viscoelastic properties of collagen hydrogels, characterized by rheology tests performing a stress-controlled rotational rheometer at 37ºC with a standard steel cone of 25 mm of diameter. The three collagen concentrations tested were 0.8, 1.5 and 2.3 mg/ml [1]. The provided data contains the evolution of the storage (G') and loss (G'') moduli during time sweep assays to monitor gel polymerization. These results are found in the files named: Colageno_XXX_tiempo.xlsx The dataset also includes the results from frequency sweep assays, which were performed by increasing the oscillatory frequency from 0.1 to 10 Hz at a constant shear amplitude of 1%. The reported G' and G'' values represent the average of the recorded data from these assays. These files are named: Colageno_XXX_frecuencia.xlsx. All rheometer data was acquired using the RHEOPLUS/32 software. The compressed files require WinRAR for decompression and Excel to view the .xlsx data. [1] P. Blázquez-Carmona, R. Ruiz-Mateos, J.
