This file contains the data used to make the graph that was "data not shown" in the Dynasore rescue portion of Results. The graph is the file entitled "HGFIMIRescue_DataGraph.jpg" and uploaded separately in the dataset. This graph shows that an optimized dose of imipramine (IMI) of 25 microM for one hour prior to 72 hours of incubation in the presence of zoledronate does not rescue the 50 microM zoledronate (ZOL)-treated HGFs. The corrected absorbance is the MTT assay 570 nm absorbance with the background 630 nm absorbance substracted. "MEDIA" control corrected absorbance was not statistically different than the ZOL vehicle (VEH) corrected absorbance; hence the ZOL VEH corrected absorbance was set to 100% viable and all other percent viabilities for the other conditions were expressed relative to the ZOL VEH viability.
