Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most aggressive cancers, known for its poor survival outcomes. The KRASWT/G12D/TP53WT/R172H/Pdx1-Cre+/+ mice (KPC) mouse, represents an accepted preclinical model of PDAC. In this study we evaluated the bacterial component of the fecal microbiota in KPC animals treated with different drugs.
