mRNA and miRNA expression profiling of human neutrophils after single and sequential stimulation with PAF and fMLP
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains raw and processed mRNA and miRNA microarray data obtained from human neutrophils under basal conditions and after stimulation with platelet-activating factor (PAF) and N-formyl-Met-Leu-Phe (fMLP), applied as single or sequential stimuli. Neutrophils were isolated from peripheral blood of five healthy adult male donors and distributed into five experimental conditions: unstimulated control, PAF, fMLP, PAF followed by fMLP, and fMLP followed by PAF, totaling 25 samples. The dataset includes raw CEL files, processed expression matrices, sample metadata, and supplementary files related to differential expression analysis. Data normalization and preprocessing were performed using the Robust Multi-array Average (RMA) method. Differential expression analyses were carried out to compare the effects of single and sequential stimulation on neutrophil miRNA expression profiles. This deposit was created to provide public access to the data and analytical files associated with the dissertation study on neutrophil regulatory responses under distinct inflammatory stimulation conditions.
