Identification of Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria-responsive miRNAs from Atabidopsis

The study aims to identify conserved and novel miRNAs from the roots of Arabidopsis thaliana via deep sequencing upon inoculation of a PGPR, Pseudomonas putida RA. Un-inoculated plants were considered as control while 1% RA suspension inoculated plants were named as RA-inoculated. The outcomes will facilitate the functions of RA-responsive miRNAs to establish a framework for the increased understanding of their role in growth and development in Arabidopsis.
