TP53 Ultra-Deep Sequencing Pap Tests. Homo sapiens

These raw sequencing data correspond to those generated and analyzed for a paper (currently unpublished) remarkable for the findings of pervasive, low-frequency pathogenic TP53 mutations in pap tests from both women with and without high-grade serous ovarian cancer. Briefly, we prepared duplex sequencing libraries from DNA extracted from 30 pap tests. These samples were obtained from a total of 9 women with high-grade serous ovarian cancer ("cancer") and 21 women with no malignant gynecologic disease ("benign").
