AVHRR satellite images

Products made from measurements of the AVHRR instrument of the Metop and NOAA-19 polar satellites. NaturalRGB: The purpose of the Natural Colour composite image is to observe the characteristics of the surface (e.g. snow, vegetation, bare soil) and to detect ice and water clouds during the day. NightRGB: The Night Microphysics composite image is used for observing the clouds, the low-level clouds are well separated on it, it is only taken at night.
