Article : Culture-dependent decoupling of H19 allele-specific expression from H19/IGF2:IGDMR methylation in experimental models This dataset contains processed data related to methylation, heterozygosity, and allele-specific expression analyses of the imprinted gene H19 in various tissues and cell types from control individuals and patients with Silver-Russell Syndrome (SRS). Data include methylation indexes (H19/IGF2:IG-DMR and H19 Promoter:TSS-DMR), heterozygosity information for H19 SNPs rs217727 and rs10840159, and quantitative allele-specific expression values (%A allele) obtained using Allele-specific Expression Determination RT-qPCR (AED-RT-qPCR). Methylation data were generated using Allele-Specific Methylated Multiplex RT-qPCR (ASMM-RT-qPCR).
