BCR sequencing for lymphocytes in the lung after vaccine inhaltion.

To obtained deeper insights , there were twelve mice divided into four groups with different treatments. Two groups of mice were vaccinated by R-CNP@M once (day 0), the other groups were vaccinated by R-CNP twice (day 0 and 14). Then, the R-CNP@M were sacrificed at day 14 or day 70, as well as R-CNP group. RNA samples were obtained from pulmonary lymphocytes by cell sorting and subsequently analyzed by High-throughput sequencing of IGH using the ImmuHub BCR profiling system at a deep level.
