Supporting data for 'A data-driven approach to identifying and evaluating connectivity-based neural correlates of conscious visual perception'

This Zenodo repository contains all intermediate empirical data needed to reproduce analyses in our manuscript, 'A data-driven approach to identifying and evaluating connectivity-based neural correlates of conscious visual perception'. All analysis code can be found in the corresponding GitHub repository. To use our analysis code with this data, after cloning the repo, please be sure to unzip the compressed folders 'empirical.zip' and 'model.zip' within the 'data/' folder in your cloned repository (such that they become MEG_functional_connectivity/data/empirical/ and MEG_functional_connectivity/data/model/). All original data was obtained from the COGITATE Consortium as part of their open data release from their adversarial collaboration initiative.
