High alcohol-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae (HiAlc Kpn) has been demonstrated as a causative agent of fatty liver disease (FLD). However, the mechanism of HiAlc Kpn promotes liver injury remains unclear. Recent finding that DNA methylation was in relation in NAFLD disease process. Here, the role of DNA methylation in HiAlc Kpn-induced liver injury was investigated.
