Raw triplet counts as a tab-delimited text file. Column headings are: Het = heterozygosity in 30 integer bins; Pop = population number (1 = Europe, 2 = East Asia, 3 = South Asia, 4 = Africa, 5 = America); nVar = number of eact variant, from 1 to 5; typ = type of mutation, 1 = transition, 2 = transversion; trip = mutating triplet, see ESM1 for details; window = size of window, 1= 2Kb, 2 = 10Kb; N = number of mutating triplets of type ‘trip’; tot = total number of mutating triplets of all kinds.
