The in-situ decomposition experiments of the leaves of Lycium barbarum in field soil. This is the bacterial communities during the degradation process which amplified by 16S rRNA V4 (515F: 5'-GTGCCAGCMGCCGCGGTAA-3' and 806R: 5'-GGACTACHVGGGTWTCTAAT-3') region using specific primer pairs with sample-specific barcodes. Sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq PE6000 platform (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA).
