Acquisition of thermotolerance via the HOS1-mediated activation of DNA repair response. HOS1 is stabilized via the HSP90 chaperone cycle at high temperatures, and the thermostabilized HOS1 activates the RECQ2 DNA helicase, thus leading to the establishment of thermotolerance. Here we identify the genome-wide targets of the HOS1 at high temperatures via RNA-seq experiments
