Genetic mapping of C. glauca

Genotyping by sequencing using ApekI enzyme was performed on a progeny between Citrus reticulata and C. glauca to establish a high-density genetic map of C. glauca. It is part of a wider project of comparative genetic mapping in the Citrus genus.
