Datasets for surface roughnesses of Chang'E-5 and Chang'E-6 lunar samples

The dataset consists of three main directories: data, results, and script. The data directory contains three subdirectories, dem, freq, and table, which include values (in .npy format), figures (in .pdf format), and an attribute table (in excel format). The results directory contains three subdirectories, hurst, psd, and table, which include values (in .npy format), figures (in .pdf format), and an attribute table (in excel format). The script directory contains a python script (in .py format), and common packages such as numpy, math, and pandas need to be installed first.
