The artefact deposit accompanying the evidence report Derive-then-ratify: an evidence report on deterministic structural admissibility for clinical document classes (manuscript included). (In)Canon is a deterministic structural-admissibility layer over language-model output whose verdict path contains no model, sampler, or random-number generator; its architecture is on public record separately (Lester-Tomé 2026a, SSRN abstract 6363538). This deposit is the evidence, not the engine. The paper tests whether per-class expert schema authoring can compress to ratification of a system-drafted candidate set drafted from public FrameNet 1.7 structure, without losing the conservative safety property. On one gold discharge summary, pure derivation yields two-of-five invariant state agreement and a NON_ADMISSIBLE verdict; derivation plus one round of recorded expert sign-off (28 decisions, 15 accepted, 13 rejected) yields five-of-five verdict-level agreement. A pre-registered generalisation experiment surfaces a safety failure, reported as a primary result with its structural repair; held-out validation gives three-of-three verdicts correct with zero false admissions. The result is bounded: one document class, synthetic records, a single ratifier who is also the system author. Contents: the manuscript and its claims manifest; the SHA-pinned ratified inventories and sidecars; the recorded Evidence Trace Bundle (ETB) ledgers, per-invariant and per-proposition results, engine fingerprints, gold labels, and pre-registration files; and the FrameNet 1.7 base inventory. Every claim is checkable against these artefacts via the claims manifest. Withheld: the (In)Canon verdict engine (frame_bind/gate/, the conjunctive admissibility gate and its replay/sealing internals), under UK patent application GB2606072.3.
