A novel TOX3-WDR5-ABCG2 signaling axis regulates the progression of colorectal cancer by accelerating stem-like traits and chemoresistance

To further explore the molecular characteristics of these formed cCSCs, mRNA profile analysis was performed and compared between cCSCs and the corresponding adherent cells. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of2 different cells at two forms(adherent and spheroids ).
