mRNA Expression Analysis of adult FPIES Patients

We conducted transcriptome analysis of gastrointestinal mucosal tissues in adult patients with food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES). Biopsy samples were collected from the stomach and duodenum of patients with positive and negative oral food challenge (OFC) results. Comparative mRNA expression profiling was performed using next-generation sequencing to identify differentially expressed genes associated with disease pathogenesis.
