Hippocampus-specific loss of intellectual disability-related gene Brpf1 impaired spatial and contextual learning

To help explain the dominant symptom-intellectual disability found in those patients with BRPF1 mutations, we used a genetically modified mouse model and used several methods to study the effect caused by BRPF1 knockout.
