This repository includes data, model outputs and code for the following manuscript: Brown, A.J., Bauman, D., Arellano, G., Zuleta, D., Zimmerman, J.K., and Uriarte, M. Tree and neighborhood damage have distinct effects on delayed mortality after a severe hurricane. Submitted to: New Phytologist The repository contains: CODE: R script implementing all analyses, with extensive comments. OUTPUT: Brms Object R files for each model dataset used for modelfitting. Together, these materials enable full reproduction of the analyses, numerical results, and figures reported in Brown et al. (2026). A README file provides instructions for navigating the repository and metadata for the included dataset.
