Single-cell whole genome sequencing of the LßT2 genome

LßT2 is an important widely-studied cell line model for the pituitarygonadotropes. Microsatellite authentication patterns, chromosomal characteristics and theirintercellular variation have not been reported in these cells. We performed microsatellite andcytogenetic analysis of LßT2 cells at early passage number, as well as conducted single-cell low-coverage DNA sequencing to reliably identify genome-wide copy number alterations in singleLßT2 cells.
