Temperature dependent isothermal titration calorimetric data for the binding of iminium and alkanolamine forms of sanguinarine to BSA.

All the data in this table are derived from ITC experiments and are average of four determinations. Kb and ΔH values were determined from ITC profiles fitting to Origin 7 software. The values of ΔG and TΔS were determined using the equations ΔG = −RTlnKb and TΔS = ΔH−ΔG. All the ITC profiles were fit to a model of single binding site. The experiments with iminium and alkanolamine forms were performed in citrate-phosphate buffer of pH 6.4 and carbonate-bicarbonate buffer of pH 9.2, respectively.
