DNA extraction: samples were collected from the commercial product Naturalis (CBC [Europe] Srl) and cultivated on potato dextrose agar (PDA) at 28°C. Genomic DNA was extracted with DNeasy Blood and Tissue Kit (Qiagen GmbH, Hilden, Germany) according to the manufacturer’s instructions and precipitated with ethanol to improve DNA purity.Sequencing: Illumina NovaSeq 6000, 2x150 bp paired-end mode.Assembly method: SPAdes v3.15.5
