We report MYCi975 regulates MYC taraget genes in PC3 and P493-6 cells by deep sequencing (RNA-seq). Overall design: We used PC3 cells with high endougenous c-MYC level and P493-6 with induceble c-MYC expressing system to demonstrate MYCi975 sepcifically regulates MYC target genes. Transcriptome profiling of PC3 and P493-6 treated with MYCi975, and P493-6 treated with tetracycline to turn off MYC expression were generated.
