Dataset from runoff-infiltration experiments with biodegradable MPs in agricultural soil under environmental conditions, conducted at IMDEA Water facility (Madrid, Spain). (Subtask 2.3.1 Transfer and behaviour of MNP to groundwater and surface water). The dataset includes the experimental setup, input and output water volumes, the MP mass from water and soil samples taken during the experiment and the physicochemical properties of the soil samples.
