Microbiome of healthy Belarusians and patients suffering from hematologic malignancies

Gut microbiota plays an important role in human health and correction of microbial community might play a crucial role in the minimization of complications and increase of effectiveness of cancer therapy and other diseases. However, as far as we know, no metagenomic studies of this kind have been performed in Belarus. In this study, we described microbial communities of healthy individuals and patients with hematologic malignancies from Belarus.
