Dominance funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme (Societal Challenges 6: Europe in a changing world – Inclusive, innovative and reflective societies) under Grant Agreement no. 822419 on the debate on the Future of Europe.The aim of the collection is to grasp mechanisms of legal differentiation between the EU and domestic jurisdictions on the basis on: (1) legal acts, (2) judicial decisions, (3) authoritative interpretations.
