Reproducibility package for provincial variation and geographic concentration of additional settlements under China's DRG/DIP special-case review

This reproducibility package contains code, source-derived aggregate inputs, provenance records, and machine-readable reference results for a nationwide ecological study of China's 2025 DRG/DIP special-case review administrative snapshot. It uses only public province-level aggregate data and contains no individual-level or identifiable information. Analyses are descriptive and hypothesis-generating; the package does not support causal claims about policy effects.
