Eight canonical clinically-validated synthetic-lethality gene pairs (BRCA1+PARP1, BRCA2+PARP1, CDK4+CDK6, TP53+MDM2, MYC+BRD4, ATM+ATR, RB1+PLK1, MTAP+PRMT5), scored independently and reported with self-estimated AUPRC. All eight return confident status with predicted scores >= 0.98, aligning with each pair's already-FDA-approved or in-trial drug class. The value is in independent, cryptographically-anchored agreement with established oncology, not novel discovery. v2 removes an internal-review summary that was inadvertently included in v1.
