De novo transcriptome profiling of Dunaliella Salina under hypersaline stress. Dunaliella salina strain:MCC43 | isolate:Water sample

The de novo transcriptome analysis of D. salina cultivated in MJM media supplemented with 0.5M NaCl was subjected to exposure with media containing 1M and 2M NaCl. Following a two-hour treatment period, RNA isolation was conducted, and a comprehensive comparative de novo transcriptome sequencing was executed.
