Symbiotic Inoculation: Recoding Algorithmic DNA through Human Cognitive Infusion

This paper introduces the concept of symbiotic inoculation, a novel approach to integrating human cognitive processes into algorithmic systems for enhanced performance and alignment. By analogizing algorithmic structures to DNA, we propose mechanisms for recoding through human infusion, drawing from biological, computational, and philosophical foundations. We present theoretical frameworks, including a cognitive mapping theory, recoding mechanisms, applications, and an enhanced simulation study using convolutional neural networks with real-world cognitive data demonstrating efficacy and long-term stability. Challenges, ethical considerations with practical mitigations rooted in AI ethics principles, and future directions are discussed, positioning symbiotic inoculation as a pathway to human-aligned artificial general intelligence.
