The construction and practice of the "Internet + Nursing Service" model led by nursing specialist outpatient services

Internet medicine is proposed on the basis of "Internet+", which mainly refers to the use of Internet technology to realize service activities related to the medical field, and the "Internet + nursing model" is a nursing model that combines traditional medical care with offline services with online Internet diagnosis and treatment and remote Internet diagnosis and treatment . "Internet + nursing model" is the deep integration of Internet technology and medical services, which is a new type of medical care model, which can not only optimize the allocation of medical resources, but also improve patients' service satisfaction. With the deep integration of "Internet+" services in the medical field, the way for patients to obtain health education knowledge has been increased, and the way patients obtain medical care services has also been changed to a certain extent. Affected by the pandemic, the National Health Commission (NHC) has advocated that all localities should give full play to the role of information technology and new media, use the advantages of "Internet + nursing services" to improve business capabilities, optimize services, and provide patients with online health education and popular science publicity, and extended care . In this study, a new medical service model of "Internet + Nursing Service" led by nursing specialist outpatient service was carried out, which made nursing services more convenient and professional, and met the personalized and diversified nursing needs of patients.
