CD40 induces PIR-A+ macrophages to promote chronic rejection of cardiac transplantation

To investigate the mechanism PIR-A+ macrophages regulated by CD40 in chronic rejection of cardiac transplantation, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of bone marrow-derived macrophages stimulated with anti-CD40 mAb (FGK45) or IgG (Ctrl) for 24h.
