资源简介:
Abastract: The primary objective of the current research was to examine the attitudes held by high school teachers in the Murshidabad region regarding inclusive education. The researcher used the descriptive survey approach and conducted quantitative analysis of the data in the current study. A sample of 104 high school teachers was selected for the research. A standardised questionnaire is used as a means of collecting data. Three hypotheses were formulated based on the stratification method. The results of the study revealed statistically significant disparities between male and female instructors, whereas no statistically significant disparities were seen among teachers from rural, urban, and arts and science backgrounds. The formation and development of high school teachers' attitudes towards inclusive education may be influenced by the educational system's ability to provide particular circumstances conducive to effective practises in this domain.
