收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo repository contains the processed data and analysis scripts supporting the findings of this study. The dataset includes:(1) OTU tables used for microbial community analyses;(2) Alpha diversity data;(3) R scripts used for data analysis and figure generation. (4)The source data for Figures. -Figure1.csv: source data for Figure 1 - Figure2.csv: alpha diversity indices used in Figure 2d–f. The source data for Figure 2a-c were based on OTU data. - Figure3.csv: input data for random forest analysis (Figure 3b, d, f). The source data for Figure 3a, c, e were based on OTU data. - Figure4a-d, 4e-h, 4i-l.csv: network topology metrics - Figure5.csv: input data for structural equation modeling (SEM) - The source data for Figure6 were based on OTU data.
