Fatty acids CDK descriptors and biological quantifiers

This dataset, which describes 19 well-known small fatty acids, is composed of three parts : - A set of 25 molecular descriptors calculated using the CDK library - A set of 10 Biological quantifiers (Z-scores) describing the biological activity of the compounds regarding autophagy (LC3, TFEB & FYVE), ER stress (ATF4 & XBP1), Viability (VIAB), Golgi apparatus structure (GOLH, GOLS and GOLV), protein acetylation (ACE). - Their integration into the cell, monitored by GC/MS (INT, Z-score)
