Outbreak of Pseudomonas aeruginosa affecting multiple, geographically disparate locations

An outbreak of Pseudomonas aeruginosa has been identified with cases distributedacross 10 hospital Trusts in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland belonging to a rare sequence type (ST168), consistent with a common source. Here we include sequences of representatives from three of those countries so that others can see if they have also seen this rare type and to help identify the source.
