High-precision genomic data of the Pteropus pselaphon

The Bonin flying fox (Pteropus pselaphon) is an endemic and critically endangered bat species found in the Ogasawara Islands, Japan. We sequenced genomic DNA extracted from cultured skin epidermal cells using Oxford Nanopore PromethION long-read sequencing and generated Omni-C proximity ligation data on an Illumina NovaSeq X platform.
